About the Position
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying customers by understanding their business, mapping their needs to specific products, and presenting products.
If you are a self-motivated individual combined with helpful ideas to ensure the team is driven and is always looking for the next question – this is the job for you.
What will you do exactly?
Support partners and customers during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities. Work with the sales team to collaborate and execute plans to qualify the opportunity.
Present solutions, gather customer requirements and design the architecture to include in quotations. Engage in proactive demand creation.
Pre-Sales Presentations / Demos.
Ability to handle product discovery of customer or business problems.
Act as a technical single point of contact in managing communications with partners, delivering the right training, and receiving feedback from the field.
Participate actively in leadership activities within the company and outside by participating in forums and expert blogs.
What skills do you have?
3+ years’ experience in technology Pre-sales/Post sales activities.
Communication, client engagement, conflict management & resolution. Experience in cyber security consultancy.
Motivated - to learn, to succeed, to win, to grow. Creative and Self-Disciplined.
Knowledge of Security Technologies like EDR/XDR, Email Security PAM, Cloud Security, Data Security, Vulnerability Management, Risk and Compliance Management, Security Monitoring and Analytics.
Engage with the customer to plan, design, and execute Proof of Value & Concepts. Develop sample use-cases.
Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
