Perception Point Outage
We are currently experiencing as issue in processing and delivering emails to our customers in the North America region due to an outage in Amazon AWS. Our service leverages Amazon SES for email processing and this service, along with other AWS services is not functioning since 11:00AM EST.
While working with Amazon on recovering from the issue we recommend our customers to switch off the routing rule if they are on M365 or Google Workspace. For customers that changed the MX to Perception Point we recommend to change the MX back to their email server.

Our service level agreement is published in the Perception Point website https://perception-point.io/service-levels-and-support-description/ and defines the availability of the solution.Â
